By using AsciiKit.com ("the Site") or purchasing AsciiKit ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Product

AsciiKit is a subscription-based MCP server. All sales are final, except where required by law.

2. License

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AsciiKit for personal and commercial design work. You may not resell or redistribute the product, publish the contents as your own, or share license keys with others.

3. Email Communications

When you purchase AsciiKit, you may receive product updates and related emails. You may unsubscribe at any time.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices may change at any time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Refunds

Because digital products cannot be "returned," all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have an issue.

6. No Professional Advice

AsciiKit provides design patterns and frameworks for informational purposes only. Nothing on the site or in the product constitutes legal, technical, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

AsciiKit is provided "as-is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages.
