AsciiKit ("we," "us," "our") provides a subscription-based MCP server for AI-assisted wireframing. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Email address — collected when you start a trial or subscribe, used to send your license key, provide support, and send occasional product updates.

Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We receive purchase metadata (email, timestamp, product) for order fulfillment.

License validation — our Cloudflare Worker validates your license key on each use. We log basic request metadata (timestamp, key hash) for abuse prevention.

Analytics — we use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookie-free tool. No personal data or cookies are stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to deliver your license key, send optional product updates, provide support, improve the product, and maintain security. We do not sell or rent user data.

3. Email Communications

We use Resend to deliver transactional emails (license keys, receipts). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (license API), and Fathom (analytics) — as necessary to operate AsciiKit. We do not share data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

5. Data Retention

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept as required for accounting compliance. License validation logs are kept briefly for fraud prevention.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, deletion of, or corrections to your data. Email hello@asciikit.com.

7. Children's Privacy

AsciiKit is not intended for children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
